Thank you for your enthusiasm — we don't take it for granted! We do use our waitlist in the event of cancellations, but can't make any promises. We'll reach out in the order names were added if a spot opens up.

We offer tiered pricing based on where you'd like to sit and we're limiting orders to 6 tickets so that more people have the chance to be in the room. Seating is general admission within each pricing tier. You'll select your tier at checkout, but exact seats are first-come, first-served on the day. View the seating map here.
Are you buying more than one ticket or purchasing for a group? To make purchasing as fast as possible, you only need to enter your own name at checkout. Your confirmation email will include a link to fill out individual attendee details — we'd strongly encourage everyone in your group to complete theirs in advance. If you don't have your guests' names yet, no stress: you can check in under your name and update badge information on-site. But the more people who fill out their forms ahead of time, the faster everyone gets in — help us help you!
All sales are final. If you can no longer make it, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else — just email info@thewelcomeconference.com with their name and email at least 14 days out. Full terms and conditions here.
